The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides confidential, no-cost support for employees who need help managing personal, family, financial, or work-related challenges. Through the EAP, you and your immediate family members can access licensed professionals for counseling, referrals, and specialized guidance to help maintain balance and well-being.
Available to all Eaton RESA employees with Life or Disability Insurance through NIS. EAP services are free and confidential.

| Memorial Planning Assistance | Help coordinating funeral or memorial services and estimating associated costs (for Life Insurance beneficiaries only) |

How It Works
When you contact the EAP, trained counselors from Morneau Shepell will assess your needs and connect you with the appropriate professional support. This could include short-term counseling, referrals to community resources, or connections to legal and financial professionals. All discussions are completely confidential and protected by law.
