Benefit Overview

The EyeMed Vision Plan gives employees and their families affordable access to quality eye care through the EyeMed Select Network, which includes thousands of independent and retail providers like LensCrafters, Pearle Vision, and Target Optical. The plan covers routine exams, glasses, and contact lenses with significant savings on frames and lenses.

Available to full-time employees regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week. Dependents, including spouses and children up to the plan’s age limit, may also be enrolled.
